1. A new diesel generator unit was purchased in the security power supply renovation project. Its specifications are as follows: 3000KW/6.3KV/50HZ/1000rpm/0.8，The diesel generating unit needs to meet the buyer's on-site environmental operating conditions:
1.1Atmospheric temperature：-10℃~+40℃
1.2atmospheric pressure： 100kPa
1.3Atmospheric relative humidity：≦90%。
2.The rated power of diesel generator set is 3000KW, which can start at least two 1250KW pumps at the same time when it is opened alone.
3.Diesel generating units are equipped with closed circulating water tank cooling device. Considering the temperature in winter is around - 10 C, circulating flow medium (antifreeze) can have long-term anti-freezing performance. Fully consider the installation site factors, according to the site conditions to design the appropriate size of the water tank. It is required that the cooling device can ensure that the equipment runs for a long time at full load in the hottest summer weather of 40 C
4.Upgrading the automatic control system of No. 3 diesel generator set in Xincheng Gold Mine, matching with the control system of the newly purchased diesel generator set, can realize parallel operation, distribute load reasonably and have no hidden safety hazards.
4.1 The automatic parallel device should meet the requirements of automatic parallel and automatic load distribution. If the capacity of two diesel generating sets is different,the function of proportional load distribution (i.e. asymmetric load logic control) should be realized when the load is automatically distributed. The construction of two diesel generating sets parallel device should be guided on site and the commissioning of parallel device should be completed.
5.In case of emergencies, emergency power supply of diesel generating units requires that diesel generating units have the ability to self-start power generation and grid-connected within 2 minutes.
6.The newly purchased diesel generating set fuselage paint color is morning breeze blue, the intake pipe is red, the return pipe is yellow, the intake pipe and the return pipe are marked with white flow arrow, the piping color is clear, uniform and no obvious fading.
7. The high-voltage cabinet, control cabinet and neutral grounding resistance cabinet provided by the seller have five preventive and dehumidifying functions; the computer integrated protection should have differential, fast-break, over-current, over-load, over-voltage, under-voltage, zero-sequence, reverse power and other protective functions. Huayi Electric is selected as the inlet cabinet and Nanrui Electric is selected as the comprehensive protection model of the computer.
8. Diesel generator set should have three remote functions. The control of diesel generator set should have perfect protection function. Manual operation of diesel generator set should be implemented to display the operation status and parameters of diesel generator set in real time. The electric control cabinet has the following basic functions:
8.1Control function: Denmark DEIF controller is used for diesel generator set control. Diesel generating units should have automatic synchronous parallel control, automatic load distribution of active and reactive power, and omni-directional monitoring and adjustment of auxiliary equipment such as fuel system, lubrication system, cooling system, speed regulation, pressure regulation and heating pre-supply. Diesel generating units are started/stopped manually, and the equipment can be adjusted and controlled manually whenever necessary. Start motor withdraws automatically. The system has warm-up function, automatic voltage regulation, automatic power supply output switch-off and automatic cooling system temperature control.
8.2 Control function: Denmark DEIF controller is used for diesel generator set control. 8.3 Display function: Display the operation parameters of diesel generator set, including: three-phase output voltage, three-phase output current, three-phase power factor, output frequency, generating capacity, bus/city voltage, bus/city frequency, battery voltage, parallel synchronous phase difference, parallel synchronous voltage difference, parallel synchronous frequency difference, speed, operation. Time, fuel pressure, lubricating oil temperature, diesel engine speed, lubricating oil pressure, cooling water temperature, water level, fuel level, diesel generator operation time, etc.
8.4 Alarm function: When the parameters of diesel engine speed, lubricating oil pressure, cooling water temperature, water level, generator output voltage, output current and output frequency exceed the limit, alarm will occur. The controller panel should have alarm instructions and keep historical records. When the ambient temperature does not meet the starting conditions, the diesel generator set has a preheating device, and can automatically control according to the ambient temperature. There is a manual emergency shutdown device beside the diesel generator set.
8.5 Control cabinet should have safety interlocking protection device (such as low-pressure shutdown of lubricating oil, over-speed shutdown, etc.)
9. Diesel generating units have the functions of manual/automatic start and stop, manual/automatic synchronization, automatic voltage regulation, automatic speed regulation, automatic power distribution control and protection, automatic synchronization and grid connection under power generation, and reserve remote monitoring and detection interface of open address protocol.
10.Relevant computer requirements for central control room: Dell brand, one mainframe (configured as Intel Core i7-4790 quad-core, 3.6GHz, 8GB DDR3, 1T hard disk, 7200r/min, 64-bit Win10 Professional Edition (simplified Chinese), with 232 interfaces, one Dell 24-inch IPS display, one Dell wireless keymouse set).
11.The seller assists in reforming the indoor exhaust system of diesel generating unit, requiring that the indoor exhaust of diesel generating unit should be equipped with axial fan, exhaust pipe and muffler. When the diesel generating unit is running, the noise, vibration, thermal radiation, exhaust gas and electromagnetic interference emissions generated should conform to the current environmental protection regulations.
12. All spare parts of diesel generator set are fully equipped. If the cost of secondary spare parts is borne by the supplier when it arrives at the site, the supplier will provide common spare parts free of charge, and a set of special maintenance tools for diesel engine set will be provided according to the tender details.
13. The newly purchased diesel generating units and 3 # diesel generating units can be used and shared to reduce the worker maintenance operation process, so as to reduce the failure rate of human factors.
14. The seller is responsible for training the buyer's technicians on site operation, maintenance, electrical and other free of charge. The time shall be agreed by both parties on site.
15.The product quality guarantee period is 18 months after the seller's factory acceptance or 12 months after installation, commissioning and operation of the diesel generator set or 1000 hours (whichever comes first). During the same guarantee period, if the system fails and the equipment is damaged due to its own quality problems, the seller will give free solutions. Replace damaged parts free of charge. In addition to the contract guarantee period, if the system fails and the equipment is damaged, the seller will solve the problem or replace the damaged parts on the premise of charging a fee. In case of product quality and technical problems, the Seller shall reply within 4 hours after receiving the repair notice, and rush to the site within the next day to provide services until the diesel generator set resumes normal operation.
16. Before leaving the factory, diesel generating units must do quality inspection, whole machine debugging and load test, submit test report and quality certificate. The seller shall provide technical information of electronic and paper diesel generating sets in quadruplicate.
